"I guess the next year's budget can absorb 90 percent. Because, according to the rules, the auction can be done first and then continued with its work order letter (SPK) next year," he expressed, at City Hall, Tuesday (12/29).
He acknowledged has instructed Head of Asset and Financial Management Body (BPKAD), Heru Budi Hartono, to disburse deposits as supporting the implementation of the accelerated auction.
Absorption of 2016 City Budget Reached 67 Percent"I have instructed Mr. Heru to disburse deposits because we have no money supply," told Basuki.
Before the tax revenue entered to local treasury, the purchase of goods and service that have been auctioned used such deposit money. Thus there is no debt to contractors' winning bidder.
"Its absorption can be quickly in January 2016, such as purchase of goods for urban village (breaker) including for sub-district (hotmix). In mid-January, the goods has arrived. That means the need to pay, in which the tax money will be late," he explained.
As known, Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD) had ratified 2016 APBD by Rp 66.37 trillion a while ago. This time, its draft which has been approved is still being discussed by Home Ministry.
